USE OF THIS SITE

This Contract of Use of the Site is a binding contract between you and EmbroiderySwap.com owners. If it accepts this contract in name of his head, this one contract will be applicable to both as much to you as to its head. To the following clauses and conditions to their access and use of all the material and images of the site are applied. Embroideryswap.com reserves the right to change this contract when it considers necessary and to own discretion. The use that you do of this site will be subject to the present version of this contract fixed to the site at the moment of such use.

EMBROIDERY DESIGNS

Memberships are valid until DECEMBER 31 2007 11:59 pm (GMT) and will give you immediate access to all design products available from this site, including any new products introduced during the time of your subscription. After signing up, you will be able to download the products individually in a special area on this site.
When you download a EmbroiderySwap embroidery design, you only obtain a license to embroider that design on fabric at one location. Permission denied to buy, sell, lease, share or copy our artwork or designs software.
You may not copy the software except: a) you may make one copy of the software for back-up or archival purposes; and b) you may transfer the software onto a hard drive provided you keep the original solely for back-up or archival purposes.
If you believe that your work has been used or copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and such infringement is occurring on EmbroiderySwap's website, send a notice to us using the contact form.
All designs downloadables on this website are in .dst, .exp, .pes, .jef and .hus embroidery machine format. (Embroidery designs and catolog are ZIPPED with WinZip).
We test all designs avaiables on this website but We DON'T GUARANTEE THE CORRECT OPERATION of none of our designs. We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE that can cause the use of our designs.

THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM

As you join EmbroiderySwap.com and buy a membership you automatically become a member of the program until December 31 2007.
Every time a new member joins he/she has to make 3 consecutive payments to complete the subscription:
- The 1st payment of US$ 25 goes to the SPONSOR member, i.e. the member of EmbroiderySwap.com that promoted the program and brought the new customer.
- The 2nd payment of US$ 10  goes to a RANDOM member 
- The 3rd payment of US$ 30 goes to the admin of EmbroiderySwap.com.
There are no promises of money. There is no recruiting. There are no downlines in order to make money. What you buy is the Embroidery Design Library posted to all members in EmbroiderySwap, plus you get your own affiliated replicated webpage which contains your affiliate information, which when clicked goes straight to your accounts.
Each time your profit page is shown, you have the chance to make a sale! This is how you can make money without lifting a finger. But we cannot force someone to join, and certainly cannot give any members any guarantees or timescales for making money.

Due to everything you will receive with your membership, as well as payments being made to sponsors and random members it is not possible for us to offer refunds.
